Delivery Service Surcharge
- Delivery and handling fees are added to order(s) upon check out, shipping fees are generated by system calculation hence vary based on different zone. Unless otherwise stated, fees shall only be waived partially or completely by any authorized voucher or offer which approved by TPF.
- All products will be shipped to the address provided by the User upon check-out, Qian Hu The Pet Family shall not be liable for any forms of lost packages due to the User provision of an incorrect address to us during checkout.
- To avoid such situations, kindly check your address carefully to ensure that full and correct address is provided during checkout.
- Should the package be returned to TPF due to an invalid address or if the package is unclaimed at your local postal office, the User will bear full responsibility for the shipping charges necessary for a re-shipment.
- Orders may consists of multiple Products, these Products may be delivered to you in separate packages at separate times.
Delivery Lead Time

- Stocks are available, with the earliest delivery within 7 working days from the date of order received.
- Standard Delivery
- Parcel will be sent directly to the User’s shipping address by Qian Hu The Pet Family (TPF)’s appointed delivery vendor.
